Registration is now closed for the 2024 Fall Season.   Players and their guardians must complete two forms to secure a spot.  1) Fill out and return the player registration form with registration fees to Mr. Connolly, PE or Chaboya's front office.  2) Complete the google form found here: https://forms.gle/W8yJv78UDzm6Z3GS7, with additional information about the player.
